Everything was great, spacious room.

i was utterly horrified when the first room smelled like pet pee, and the bath mats were stained, how on earth does that happen? Also, i expected a blanket for the sofa bed but was humorously handed a fitted sheet. delightful touch. I thought maybe a complimentary drink would alleviate these issues, but no special treatment in sight. just couldn’t give a good review.

The pool could accommodate more guests with additional seating!!! The elevator cleanliness needs attention. a dirty elevator is not a pleasant experience!!! More beach equipment would enhance convenience for guests enjoying the seaside!!!

It was just a good match for a short-term stay in Naples with fantastic value. The kitchen in the room was quite nice and made it easy to prepare snacks. Better to check if breakfast is stocked before you go.

Staying at Compass By Margaritaville Hotel was a good experience. The spacious king suite provided ample room for relaxation, complemented by the inviting pool area. Although the bar service could improve, the overall atmosphere with fire pits and live music enhanced our evenings by the pool. I highly recommend this unique stay!
